About Fiona

I was always active at school joining in the usual sport's like rounder's, netball hockey etc.

I would always get raving reports from my PE teacher, who was amasing I have to say and I was always keen to take part in the weekly athletics events too which took us all over the country.

Although I wasn't fantastic at all the events I just loved the taking part. A short time after I began taking part in my friends weekly aerobics session's at a local gym, I loved it so much I thought I'd have a crack at it myself.

20 years down the line I'm teaching more than ever and loving every minute.

Fiona has worked here at
Fitness First Rotherham for the past 10 years.
She can be seen teaching several disciplines
on the class time table from Body Attack to Pilates,
Legs Bums 'n' Tums to Studio Cycling.

A graduate of the National Academy of Sports
Medicine NASM (Level 3)

Fiona recently joined our highly respected team
of Personal Trainer's and has worked with many
of the industries Fitness Expert's.

Her infectious smile and thoughtful approach are
two of the many reason's that make her a
personal favorite with club member's
